Adaptogens

Adaptogens for balance

Adaptogens are herbs and mushrooms that are used in traditional herbalism for vitality and inner balance during demanding times. We offer them as tinctures made in our own production in the EU from roots and from the chaga mushroom, with simple dosing into a glass of water.

How to choose adaptogenic herbs

Eleuthero, known as Siberian ginseng, is a root that people enjoy for energy and vitality on days full of work. Baikal skullcap from the root is among the herbs for calmer evenings. Siberian chaga is a mushroom growing on birch, which we process with a dual extraction so that the tincture obtains more active substances from it.

What adaptogens are and how to take them

In herbalism, adaptogens is the name given to plants and mushrooms that are traditionally used for general wellbeing in times when there is a lot on our plate. The recommended dose of the tinctures is 20 drops three times a day, ideally on an empty stomach or half an hour before a meal, washed down with a glass of water. Shake the bottle before use and do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Baikal skullcap tincture

Baikal skullcap comes from Asia, where its root has been used for centuries. People enjoy the tincture from the root every day, and it also suits a calm evening. That is why you will also find it among the tinctures for better sleep.

Chaga, the mushroom from the birch forest

Chaga, or Inonotus obliquus, grows on the trunks of birches in northern forests. We make our tincture with a dual extraction, which obtains more active substances from the mushroom than an ordinary extract. You can read more about its traditional use on our blog.

Adaptogens in the colder months

In autumn and winter, when the days shorten and the pace of work quickens, find a calm moment for your drops. The tinctures contain alcohol and are not intended for children. A food supplement is not a substitute for a varied diet. If you take medication, are pregnant or are breastfeeding, consult a doctor or pharmacist before use.
