How to choose mumio
Golden Altai mumio contains 100% purified mumio in tablets of 0.2 g. The pack of 60 tablets lasts for a one-month course, and the smaller pack of 20 tablets is ideal for trying it.
Liposomal shilajit is a liquid mumio extract with fulvic acid, made in our own production in the EU. It is taken at 10 ml once a day in a glass of water. Other ingredients from Siberia and the Altai go well with mumio, for example chaga or Altai oils.

How to take mumio
Golden Altai mumio is taken as one tablet twice a day, ideally during a meal. The recommended period of use is one month. Shake the liposomal shilajit before use and add 10 ml once a day to a glass of water or another drink. Keep it in the fridge once opened and use it within 30 days. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Mumio or shilajit?
It is the same raw material. Mumio, sometimes also written mumijo, is the name used in Slavic countries and in the Altai, while shilajit comes from the Indian tradition. The tablets contain mumio purified of rock impurities. It has a dark colour and a distinctive, slightly earthy scent. Liposomal shilajit is a liquid extract that contains fulvic acid alongside mumio.
Who mumio is not suitable for
Mumio is not intended for children, or for pregnant and breastfeeding women. Liposomal shilajit is not suitable for people under 18. A food supplement is not a substitute for a varied diet. If you are taking medication, talk to your doctor or pharmacist before use.
How to store mumio
Keep the tablets in a dark place at a temperature up to 25 °C and out of the reach of children. Mumio is a natural raw material, so a change in the consistency of the tablets is not a defect. In winter, mumio goes nicely with a warm mug of chaga tea with ginger and rosehip.
