Coffee and tea without caffeine

How to choose Ivan tea and chicory coffee
Ivan tea from fermented rosebay willowherb leaves can be enjoyed plain, fruity with rosehip, or fragrant as the Winter Ivan tea with apples, cinnamon, ginger and cloves. Woodland notes come from the chaga tea with cedar cone and sage.
Chicory coffee is an instant drink made from chicory root, a natural source of inulin. It is creamy with stevia and plant-based creamer, fruity with blueberry and rosehip, and fresh with sea buckthorn and lemongrass. Do try the chicory coffee with Jerusalem artichoke too.

Liquorice as a decoction
The root of liquorice is not infused but simmered. Put one tablespoon into 200 ml of water, bring it to the boil, simmer gently for 15 minutes and strain. The decoction is naturally sweet. Drink a tea made from a single herb for three weeks at most, and then give yourself a week's break. If you are taking medication, or are pregnant or breastfeeding, talk to your doctor or pharmacist before drinking herbal teas.
