Liposomal vitamins
Liposomal vitamins
Liposomal vitamins are liquid food supplements in which vitamins, minerals and plant extracts are enclosed in tiny spheres of sunflower lecithin, liposomes. They are made in our own production in the EU and most are taken as 10 ml once a day in a glass of water.

How to choose liposomal supplements
Among the vitamins you can choose vitamin C 1000 mg with sea buckthorn extract, vitamin D3, K2 + D3, B-complex forte or Trio Immunity, whose vitamin C, D3 and zinc contribute to the normal function of the immune system. The minerals are represented by magnesium, zinc and iron in chelate form.
Mushrooms in liposomes are offered as extracts of chaga, reishi, cordyceps, lion's mane and shiitake. You will also find coenzyme Q10, shilajit and ginkgo biloba.

How to take liposomal vitamins
Shake the bottle before use and measure out 10 ml; for iron the dose is taken twice a day. You can drink the dose on its own or add it to a glass of water or another drink. Store an unopened bottle in a dark place at 6 to 25 °C. After opening, keep it in the fridge and use it within 30 days. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
What liposomes are
Liposomes are microscopic spheres made of phospholipids. In our supplements they are formed by sunflower lecithin, a material similar to what cell membranes are made of. Inside, they carry a vitamin, a mineral or a plant extract. The liquid form suits everyone who does not like swallowing tablets and capsules.
Who liposomal supplements are not suitable for
Most liposomal supplements are not intended for children and persons under 18, or for pregnant or breastfeeding women. The warnings differ between individual products, for example for iron, so always read them on the packaging. A food supplement is not a substitute for a varied diet. If you are taking medication, talk to your doctor or pharmacist before use.
Liposomal vitamins in winter
In the colder months, when there is little sun, vitamin D3 is a fitting choice; it contributes to the normal function of the immune system and to the maintenance of normal bones. Vitamin C contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. A 200 ml bottle lasts 20 days at a dose of 10 ml a day.
