How to choose food supplements
If you like herbs in drops, begin with the tinctures, for example the chaga tincture with a dual extraction. If you prefer tablets, reach for the golden Altai mumio. You will find reishi and lion's mane among the mushrooms in capsules.
A spoonful of oil for your salad is offered by the Altai oils, for example the cold-pressed cedar oil. Vitamins and minerals in liquid form are among the liposomal vitamins, for example vitamin D3, which contributes to the normal function of the immune system.

How to take nutritional supplements
A food supplement is a gentle support for your everyday habits, not a replacement for them. Follow the dosage given with the product and do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Tinctures are taken in drops and washed down with water, tablets and capsules are taken with a glass of water, and liposomal supplements are shaken before use and added to a drink. A food supplement is not a substitute for a varied diet. If you take medication, are pregnant or are breastfeeding, consult a doctor or pharmacist before use.
How long to take food supplements
Herbs are traditionally taken in courses: regularly for several weeks and then a pause. For the golden mumio the recommended period of use is one month. A smaller pack is suitable for trying, while a larger one lasts for a whole course.
Food supplements in winter
When days are short and the sun is scarce, reach for vitamin D3. It contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and to the normal function of the immune system. Vitamin C contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. For long evenings there are fireweed tea and caffeine-free chicory coffee.
Where our supplements come from
The herbal tinctures and the liposomal food supplements are made in our own production in the EU. Golden mumio and Altai oils come from the Altai mountains, where these raw materials have been used for generations. Siberian chaga grows on birch trunks in cold northern forests.
