Tinctures (herbal drops) - TINC2
Herbal tinctures and drops
Herbal tinctures are extracts of the roots, flowers and herbs of traditional plants, in drops. We prepare them in our own production in the EU as a food supplement. A few drops in a glass of water or tea are enough, and you have a moment of calm just for yourself, every day.

How to choose a tincture
Choose according to what you would like to support with herbs. For comfortable digestion there is the Three Roots blend of dandelion root, couch grass and greater burdock, or Bolebruch made from fourteen herbs. For cold days reach for the Immuno blend with dog rose, blackcurrant and elder, or for purple coneflower. Valerian accompanies a quiet evening, and women tend to love lady's mantle.

How to take herbal tinctures
Shake the bottle before use and stir the drops into a glass of water or tea. For most of our tinctures the recommended dosage is 20 drops (a teaspoon) three times a day on an empty stomach; you will always find the exact figure in the description of the particular product. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Tinctures contain alcohol (35 % vol.) and are not intended for children.
Single-herb and blended tinctures
A single-herb tincture contains the extract of just one herb – for example hawthorn tincture, Baikal skullcap, lady's bedstraw or dandelion root tincture. Blended tinctures combine herbs that are traditionally used together. Kidneys, made from field horsetail, goldenrod and silver birch, are herbs for the overall wellbeing of the kidneys, and Lymph combines four herbs traditionally used to support the lymphatic system.
Herbs in autumn and winter
When the days grow shorter, treat yourself to a warm tea with drops of the Immuno blend of five herbs. For the airways, Cough No. 1 with high mallow, ribwort plantain and sage is traditionally chosen in the cold season.
How to store tinctures
Store tinctures in a dry, dark place below 25 °C, out of reach of children and out of direct sunlight. A food supplement is not a substitute for a varied diet. If you are taking medication, are pregnant or are breastfeeding, talk to a doctor or pharmacist before use.
