How to choose a lymph tincture

All four herbs are brought together in the Lymph blend, with simple dosing of 20 drops three times a day. If you prefer a single herb, choose the tincture from the root of lady's bedstraw or from the root and leaves of stinging nettle. In the category you will also find Chinese angelica from the root, a traditional herb of Asian women's care.

How to take a lymph tincture

The Lymph, lady's bedstraw and stinging nettle tinctures are taken on an empty stomach: 20 drops three times a day, with 200 ml of water. Shake the bottle before use and do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The tinctures contain alcohol (35% vol.) and are not intended for children. The Lymph blend brings four herbs together in one bottle, so the drops easily become part of a morning ritual – for example with a glass of water right after waking.

Lady's bedstraw or cleavers?

Both belong to the same genus, but they are two different herbs. Cleavers (Galium aparine) "sticks" to clothing. Our lady's bedstraw tincture is made from the root of lady's bedstraw (Galium verum), which in summer blooms on field margins with tiny yellow flowers with a honey scent.

Lymph and movement

The lymph has no pump of its own like the blood, which is why it likes movement. Complement the herbal drops with a walk, a gentle stretch or dry brushing towards the heart. Drink enough water and give yourself restful sleep. You will find more tips in our article about the lymph on the blog.

The thyroid gland and herbs

If you are dealing with a thyroid condition or taking medication, talk to your doctor or pharmacist about herbs, and likewise during pregnancy and breastfeeding. A food supplement is not a substitute for a varied diet.
