Tinctures for better sleep
Tinctures for a calm evening and sleep
Tinctures for better sleep are herbal drops for the moments when the day slows down. Valerian and other herbs are traditionally used for a calm evening and sleep. We make them in our own production in the EU only from a herbal extract, water and alcohol.

How to choose herbs for sleep
The best-known herb for calm evenings is valerian, whose root has been used in herbalism for centuries. To unwind after a long day, reach for the tincture from the root of Baikal skullcap. Siberian chaga in a dual extract is a mushroom from the birch, which many people enjoy every day for general wellbeing.

How to take a tincture for sleep
The recommended dose of valerian tincture is 20 drops three times a day on an empty stomach, washed down with a glass of water (200 ml). Take Baikal skullcap and chaga in the same way, 20 drops three times a day, ideally half an hour before a meal. Take the last dose in the early evening as part of a calm ritual. Shake the bottle before use and do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
An evening ritual for better sleep
Herbs suit calm evening habits. Dim the lights, put your phone aside, air the bedroom and make a cup of warm herbal tea. In October, when the days shorten and darkness comes earlier, leave time just for yourself in the evening – a warm bath, a book or a few deep breaths by an open window.
Valerian or Baikal skullcap
Valerian (Valeriana officinalis) is a European herb with the typical earthy scent of its root, which you can read more about on our blog. Baikal skullcap comes from Asia, and its tincture is also prepared from the root. Choose according to which herb feels more pleasant to you.
The tinctures contain alcohol and are not intended for children. A food supplement is not a substitute for a varied diet. If you take medication, are pregnant or are breastfeeding, consult a doctor or pharmacist before use. If poor sleep goes on for a longer time, talk to your doctor.
