How to choose vitamins
Vitamin C 1000 mg contributes to the normal function of the immune system and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin D3 2000 IU contributes to the maintenance of normal bones, and you will find it with vitamin K2 as K2 + D3. The Immunity Trio combines vitamin C, D3 and zinc in one dose.
Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function, zinc to the maintenance of normal skin, hair and nails, and iron to the normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin. Vitamin B12 in the B-complex forte contributes to the normal function of the nervous system.

How to take vitamins and minerals
Liposomal food supplements are mostly taken at 10 ml once a day, iron twice a day. Shake the bottle before use and add the dose to a glass of water or another drink. Keep it in the fridge once opened and use it within 30 days. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A food supplement is not a substitute for a varied diet. If you are taking medication, or are pregnant or breastfeeding, talk to your doctor or pharmacist.
Vitamin D in winter
From autumn to spring there is less sun in the sky and we spend more time indoors. Vitamin D3 contributes to the normal function of the immune system and to the maintenance of normal muscle function. One 10 ml dose contains 50 µg, that is 2000 IU.
Can you combine several supplements?
Yes, just make sure the same substance does not add up. You will find zinc in the Immunity Trio and on its own, and vitamin D3 in the Trio, in K2 + D3 and in the stand-alone D3. So choose one combination and do not take the same substance twice.
